Feeding Young Minds is a not for profit arts organisation based in St. Kilda. We focus in the areas of arts, culture and education. Our mission is to educate, empower, promote social change through the arts for all young people and their families in Australia who are marginalized, disadvantaged and culturally diverse.
WHAT WE DO
Facilitate collaboration and exchange through the arts and cultural practices, to strengthen community connectedness, harmony, cohesion and vibrancy.
Establish community partnerships, auspice arrangements, and mentoring opportunities with parties and individuals with a shared vision and mission.
Promote social justice within the arts and culture by advocating for access, equity, equality and opportunity for meaningful participation.
We are there to foster capacity building, empowerment and well-being to enrich the lives of individuals in Victoria.
Creative partners & collaborations
Support and enable creative artists to develop their craft.
We support creative artworks include film & television, theatre, community projects, school projects, dance and workshops.
We assists marginalized, disadvantaged, indigenous and non indigenous secondary school students and young people in their academic, artistic and vocational aspirations.
